一、考核对象
本次中期考核对象主要为20xx级硕士研究生、20xx级博士研究生以及仍未完成中期考核的高年级研究生。
二、考核时间
本次考核于6月18日前完成，具体时间由各培养单位自行商定。请各单位将本单位中期考核分组情况与日程安排于5月10日前报送培养科备案。少数在第5学期进行中期考核的学科点，请学院提前在培养科做好登记，以便20xx年下半年布置。
三、考核办法
1、研究生填写《成都理工大学研究生中期考核表》，交导师审查。
2、由学院领导、学科点指导教师和从事思想政治教育工作的教师组成考核小组（不少于3人），负责实施对该学科点研究生的中期考核工作。
3、研究生按中期考核的要求，向考核组汇报入学以来的政治思想、业务学习、科学研究和健康状况等情况。
4、考核小组对该学科点的每个研究生进行全面考核，作出考核结论，并写出考核组评语。
5、培养单位学位评定分委员会提出审核意见，报送研究生院（部）审定。
四、中期考核结果与分流
中期考核结果分为“优秀”、“合格”、“基本合格”和“不合格”四类。
1、中期考核确定为“合格”及以上要求的研究生，正常进入学位论文阶段。中期考核确定为“优秀”的，在评优助奖、提前毕业、硕博连读等评选中、同等条件下可优先考虑。
2、中期考核中确定为“基本合格”的研究生，不进入学位论文阶段，给予半学期的整改时间。若整改后考核仍不合格者，学校发给研究生肄业证明。
4、中期考核中确定为“不合格”的研究生，作退学处理。
5、延期考核：原则上不允许延期考核，如有特殊情况（生病、出国等），由学生本人提出申请，学院签署意见，交研究生院（部）审批。
五、其他
1、各培养单位学位评定分委员会应认真审核每个研究生的中期考核，特别是对于优秀、基本合格和不合格的确定，要逐个慎重地作出结论，确定为“基本合格”和“不合格”的还须提出处理意见。
2、考核工作结束后，各培养单位于7月1日前报送《成都理工大学研究生中期考核表》、《成都理工大学研究生中期考核结果汇总表》及《成都理工大学研究生中期考核总结表》。

首先，准备复试期间不能整天闷头看书，要多搜集情报。你可以在“中国研究生招生信息网”里看到各学校发布的官方信息，例如分数线以及一些调剂通知。然后多登陆你所填报学校的网站，最好能打听到招生办的电话或老师邮箱，进行更进一步的咨询，了解复试时间、比例、内容、具体流程。同学之间也应该互通消息，互相提醒。如果能联系上直系师兄师姐咨询复试情况，就最理想了，他说不定还能带你提前跟老师见面。对于医学生来说，可以从学校、学院、医院、导师，这四个方面收集消息。

英文文献如果是学术论文就会有点难度，也有可能是普通的社科类文章，这种就容易些。如果不能一字一句地看懂，就抓关键词大概翻译一下，不要看着不懂就着急脸红不出声，稍微说几句，然后再表示自己有些单词不认识，以后会加强英语方面的学习就行。导师喜欢淡定沉稳的学生，不希望看见一个胆小怯懦的你。自由问答环节一般是先英文后中文。英文提问大多是常规问题，例如你的兴趣爱好，介绍自己本科的学校，聊一聊自己的家乡，你为什么报考这个专业，你为什么选择这个学校，你对你的意向导师有哪些了解，对他的研究领域有何见解等。这需要你在面试之前把这些可能出现的问题都在脑子里过一遍，想好如何回答，尤其要想好英文表达。然后老师会根据你的简历，或是你谈到的一些自身情况，作一些提问，诚实回答就好，一定要实事求是。也有不少老师会问与专业相关的问题，这就像对待英文文献环节那样，坦然就好，会就作答，不会就表示抱歉，不要不懂装懂。

第二十三条研究生退学由培养单位发给退学证明。学习满一年及以上、完成培养计划要求且成绩合格者，发给肄业证书；学习不满一年者，发给学习证明。未经批准擅自离校的，作自动退学处理，不发给肄业证书和学习证明。
第二十四条研究生退学后的善后问题按下列办法处理：
（一）入学前为在职人员的，退回到原单位。
（二）入学前为应届毕业生，因学业成绩不及格退学的，由培养单位负责，原则上在其来源省（入本科学习前的户口所在地，后同）安排、推荐就业，报培养单位所在省的毕业生调配部门审批，办理派遣手续；
研究生退学后就业按入学前的学历安排、推荐。在培养单位规定时间之内没有接收单位的，退回其来源剩
（三）其他研究生，退回其生源所在地。
第七章奖励与处分
第二十五条培养单位要定期对研究生进行德、智、体全面考核，对于品学兼优的研究生应予以奖励和表扬。奖励和表扬采取精神鼓励和物质奖励结合，以精神鼓励为主的原则。奖励与表扬的形式有：通报表扬，发给奖状、证书、奖章、奖品、奖学金，授予荣誉称号等。
第二十六条对犯有错误的研究生，培养单位可视其情节轻重给以批评或纪律处分。处分分六种：（1）警告；（2）严重警告；（3）记过；（4）留校察看；（5）勒令退学；（6）开除学籍。
留校察看以一学年为期。受留校察看处分的研究生，在察看期满时确已改正错误，可按期解除察看；在留校察看期间有显著进步表现的，可提前解除察看；经教育不改的，可勒令退学或开除学籍。
第二十七条研究生有下列情形之一者，培养单位可酌情给予勒令退学或开除学籍的处分：
（一）有反对宪法确定的基本原则的行为者，组织和煽动闹—事、扰乱社会秩序，侮辱和诽谤他人而坚持不改者；
（二）触犯国家刑律，构成刑事犯罪者；
（三）破坏公共财产，偷窃他人财物，造成严重损失和危害者；
（四）酗酒、赌博、打架斗殴，情节严重者，品行恶劣，道德败坏者；
（五）考试作弊或剽窃他人研究成果，影响恶劣者；
（六）经查实属靠徇私舞弊考取研究生者；
（七）违反培养单位其他纪律，情节严重者。
第二十八条对犯错误的研究生，要严格要求，热情帮助。处理时要持慎重态度，坚持调查研究，实事求是。处分要适当。允许本人申辩。
当事人对处分决定不服的，应在15日内向培养单位研究生申诉处理委员会提出申诉，研究生申诉处理委员会应组织有关人员进行复查，在接到申诉请求后的15日内作出申诉处理决定。
研究生申诉处理委员会的组成，由培养单位确定。
第二十九条对研究生作出勒令退学、开除学籍的处分，由培养单位审批，报上级主管部门及其所在省（自治区、直辖市）高教部门和国家教委备案。其中有特殊情况，须报省（自治区、直辖市）高教部门审批。
第三十条研究生被勒令退学、开除学籍后回其生源所在地。对勒令退学者发给学习证明，开除学籍者不发给学习证明。
第三十一条研究生的鉴定、奖励、处分等材料要归入本人档案，不得撤销。
第三十二条被取消学籍、退学、勒令退学、开除学籍者，不得申请复学。
第八章毕业与就业
第三十三条研究生按培养计划的规定，完成课程学习和必修环节，成绩合格，完成毕业（学位）论文并通过答辩，德体合格，准予毕业并发给毕业证书。
第三十四条研究生提前达到毕业要求的，经培养单位考核批准，可以提前毕业，按国家有关规定就业。
第三十五条研究生在校学习年限，硕士生一般为>至三年；博士生一般为三年。研究生应在规定的年限内完成学习任务，一般不能延长。因特殊原因未能完成学习任务，经培养单位批准，可适当延长学习年限。
第三十六条研究生毕业时，培养单位要做好毕业鉴定。鉴定内容包括德、智、体三方面。
第三十七条研究生通过培养计划规定的学习，德体合格，但毕业（学位）论文未能通过者，准予结业，发给结业证书。
第三十八条研究生毕业证书和结业证书由国家教委统一印制。肄业证书、学习证明由培养单位印制。
第三十九条毕业研究生依据国家有关就业规定由国家安排就业或推荐就业；结业研究生由培养单位推荐就业。
第九章附则
第四十条定向、委托培养研究生的学籍管理，除定向、委托合同另有规定外，按本规定执行。
第四十一条培养单位可根据本规定制定具体实施细则。本规定由国家教育委员会负责解释。
