七月三十一号是一个特别的日子，因为我跳舞要考级了，我带着紧张的心情来到考级的地方。
我们先在三号教室化妆准备，我们都化好了就等待老师叫我们上场了，我边等边和同学交流舞蹈考级的动作。可我越等就越紧张，总感觉时间是那么的漫长。
终于轮到我了，虽然我心里紧张的像小鼓在＂咚咚咚＂的在响，但我还是面带微笑，迈着轻块的步伐走到了考官老师的面前，我看到考官老师和蔼可亲的模样，我＂扑通、扑通＂的心跳立刻平静了下来。
音乐响了，我挺直了腰板，头微微扬起，把最好的舞姿展现给考官老师。虽然已经练习过很多次了，但我还是怕会忘记动作，所以听音乐听得特认真。我边跳边用余光瞄了一下考官老师，只见她正用着严肃的眼神看着我们，看一会儿就拿手旁的笔在纸上写一写。我猜想考官老师是把我们好的地方和不好的都记在纸上了，所以我要跳得更好，争取拿到证，我保持着微笑，合着音乐，尽量把每一动作，每一个眼神都做到位。
考级终于结束了，我长长地舒了一口气，心想这次我一定会以优秀的成绩通过考级。

我今年舞蹈考10级了在舞蹈教室了我们开始了练习。
我当时非常的紧张可能连说话都说都说不出来。我现在提心吊胆胆战心惊深怕我跳不好考级不过关！突然想起了巨大的广播声：“请韩老师的幼一蹲起、再旋转、再跳跃。
一个两个三个四个五个六个一共有是个组合已经跳了九个了。还差一个这是压中好戏了。是一组侧手翻连翻这使我想起了妈妈说的话。妈妈说：“先先你可以做这个动作再去做这个动作。轮到我上场了我双手紧贴地腿一蹬“搜一声我翻过去了。我成功了！我按找第一个的动作又翻了一个又翻了一个一个两个三四个。最后我已优秀过关的奖状。我喜出望外欣喜若狂手舞足蹈。
我接先来要考12极了。我会继续加油努力的。

1 . 这时，那踏节的盘和鼓已经摆好，舞人从容而舞，形舒意广。她的心遨游在无垠的太空，自由地远思长想。开始的动作，像是俯身，又像是仰望；像是来又像是往。是那样的雍容不迫，又是那么不已的惆怅，实难用语言来形象。接着舞下去，像是飞翔，又像步行；像是辣立，又像斜倾。不经意的动作也决不失法度，手眼身法都应着鼓声。纤细的罗衣从风飘舞，缭绕的长袖左右交横。络绎不绝的姿态飞舞散开，曲折的身段手脚合并。
2 . 笛子吹起，小鼓敲起，歌声唱起，卡拉玛开始舞蹈了。她用她的长眉，妙目，手指，腰肢；用她髻上的花朵，腰间的褶裙；用她细碎的舞步，繁响的铃声，轻云般慢移，旋风般疾转，舞蹈出诗句里的离合悲欢。
3 . 我们看她忽而双眉颦蹙，表现出无限的哀愁，忽而笑颊粲然，表现出无边的喜乐;忽而侧身垂睫，表现出低回宛转的娇羞;忽而张目嗔视，表现出叱咤风云的`盛怒;忽而轻柔地点额抚臂，画眼描眉，表演着细腻妥贴的梳妆;忽而挺身屹立，按箭引弓，使人几乎听得见铮铮的弦响!
4 . 舞蹈是藏在灵魂里的语言，跳舞就像是用脚步去梦想，每个动作都是一个字，组合成舞蹈这首诗。

6 . 她一身绯色舞衣，头插雀翎，罩长长的面纱，赤足上套银钏儿，在踩节拍婆娑起舞。她的舞姿如梦。她全身的关节灵活得象一条蛇，可以自由地扭动。一阵颤栗从她左手指尖传至肩膀，又从肩膀传至右手指尖。手上的银钏也随之振动，她完全没有刻意做作，每一个动作都是自然而流畅，仿佛出水的白莲。
7 . 洞房花烛明。燕余双舞轻。顿履随E节。低鬟逐上声。步转行初进。衫飘曲未成。鸾回镜欲满。鹤顾市应倾。已曾天上学。讵是世中生。

10 . 随着蒙蒙烟雨，走进了多水的江南。在无数小桥绿水的衬托下，一曲《走雨》更显江南的柔媚。应着古筝乐曲，朵朵滴露的红莲在台上徐徐绽放，又慢慢地升起，飘入云天。雨中走来了一群窈窕秀美的绿衣女子，她们撑着轻薄的油纸伞在雨中漫步。柔软的绣花绿纱袖从手腕；轻轻滑落，露出嫩笋般的手臂；一张张笑容荡漾的面庞，随着轻捷的步子不停地旋转着，那飘逸的袖角裤裙如阵阵绿风绿烟绿雾……她们如江南的水一样，慢慢地流着，流着，永不停息。

9月26日下午2时，我的舞蹈考级开始了。
我们校区只有6个考七级的，其余要么四级，要么五级。说实话，作为最后考级的那一队，心情肯定是雀跃的。我们比其他级别有更多的时间练习，当然也可以说是“死亡前的垂死挣扎。”听老师说，去年七级就有人没过。
这大大增加了紧张度！要上场了，我的手还在抖个不停，我是164号，第一个介绍的就是我。呼——站稳脚跟。“考官好！我是164号，xx。”说完右脚后退一步，便开始了表演。表演曲目是舞蹈《小池》，手还在抖个不停，怎么就没有跳水姑娘吕伟那样的镇静自若呢？
好不容易跳完了，在我旁边的姝琳说：“我刚刚看到，xx在跳《小池》的时候，拿个手抖得厉害。”
这绝对是有史以来，我考级最紧张的一次。

轮到我们班开考了，我们排好队走进考室，教室的正前方坐着两个监考官，这次考试共有四个组合，第一个是《孔子曰》，第二个是《泡泡飞》，第三个是《快乐起床歌》，第四个是《小木马》。我们一个一个把组合跳好，监考官看见我们跳得好，就一直面带微笑，最后一个组合还没跳，考官就说可以了。我们排着队依次走出考场。

老师要求我们14：30分到考场。到了那里，妈妈拿出舞蹈服给我换好，把头发盘起来，穿好舞蹈鞋。老师叫我们到休息室等候，过了一会，来参加考试的学员越来越多，有的是爸爸陪着来的，有的是妈妈陪着来的，还有的是奶奶陪着来的。在舞蹈室门口站满了等候考级的学员，考场外面的走廊人山人海，热闹非凡！
过了一会，轮到我们考试了，老师给我们一个个挂上牌号，我们五个排好队形进入考场，我是第一个入场，当
我看到考官时心里有些紧张。我们站好队形，就按序号自我介绍，我是这样说的“考官好！我是3号陈姿羽。”每个人都做了自我介绍。
当音乐响起时，我紧张的心情一下子就平静了下来。我们跳的第一个组合是“小浪花”，接着我们又跳了另外两个组合。考官接着向我们提出问题，我们每个队员都回答得很好。最后，考官还抽查了我们一个舞蹈，舞蹈的名字叫“识字歌”，跳完这个舞蹈后，考官对我们说：“考试结束。”我们说：“谢谢考官。”
经过了这次的考级，我深深的体会到了台上一分钟，台下十年功的成果。

十点三十分左右，我们来到待考区。王老师让我们一起练习考级的组合，并嘱咐我们考试时要面带微笑、放松、自信。还把每个组合的重点再三强调了，因为老师说了今年的评委老师很严，考二级的有好几个没过，而且我们的组合里还有一个快速的下腰起腰，这个动作慢了，后面的动作就会跳晚了。
不一会儿，就轮到我们了，当我和同学们进入考场时，心里“怦怦”地跳个不停。音乐一响起，我就进入了舞蹈的世界，随着音乐翩翩起舞，感觉自己是个漂亮的舞蹈仙子。此时，我的心情平静了，动作放松了，笑容自信了。我们共跳了五支舞，后四支都跳得很棒，但我感觉第一支我们跳的不太好，因为有的同学在转身的时候晚了一会。跳完后，我们拿着上一级的考级证书和手绢花下了台。我们考级的时候，心里都很紧张，生怕自己没考过。
通过舞蹈考级，我得到了很多锻炼。以后，我要更加努力的练下去。
